6. Data Retention

6.1 Active Accounts

For active accounts with ongoing subscriptions:

• Account information is retained indefinitely while your account remains active
• Generated audio content is stored indefinitely and accessible through your library
• Generation history and metadata are retained for the lifetime of your account

6.2 Inactive Accounts

If your subscription ends or your account becomes inactive:

• Account data is retained for 180 days to allow for potential reactivation
• Generated audio files may be deleted after 90 days of inactivity
• You may request immediate deletion of your account and all associated data

6.3 Deleted Accounts

When you request account deletion:

• Personal information and account data are permanently deleted within 30 days
• Generated audio files are removed from our servers and CDN
• Prompts and generation history are permanently erased
• API keys are immediately invalidated and cannot be recovered
